In October 2009 the equal opportunity legislation was changed to recognise the role family carers have in our society. In conjunction with Carer Support we produced this short film, to give carers an opportunity to talk about their experiences.

The stories told highlight the great things, and the tough things, about being a carer. Juggling family life, employment, caring responsibilities, as well as a bit of ‘me time’. It will give you some insights into why society should value carers, why carers see themselves as good employees, and how you can help them balance their responsibilities.

The video is available on DVD at minimal cost. Contact us to purchase a copy.
