Keeping on top of training and induction for new and existing staff can be difficult, but advising new employees of their rights and obligations from the outset and refreshing existing employees' understanding of these rights and obligations is important. To help employers keep up with their training requirements, the Equal Opportunity Commission has developed a new CD and web-based e-course which allows employers to train staff in equal opportunity basics as part of their regular induction and refresher programs.

The program is simple and easy to use, and can be customised to suit the individual needs of your organisation. The interactive scenario-based program helps employees to understand their rights and responsibilities under equal opportunity legislation and also allows employers to test their employees' knowledge with a compulsory quiz.
